• Allow 1 lb. of ice per person.
• Allow 2 to 3 beverage glasses per person.
• Allow 2 to 3 napkins per person.
• Allow 4 oz. of salad or dessert per person.
• Let cheeses stand at room temperature
for 30 minutes for full flavor.
• Keep punches cold without diluting:
add scoops of ice cream, sherbert or
frozen juice cubes or place the bowl
inside a large bowl filled with ice.
• Quick chill wine in the freezer for 18 minutes.
• Cheese balls should stand covered at
room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
• Allow 5 lbs. of nuts per 100 people.
• Allow 3 lbs. of mints per 100 people.
